| The template of speciality prescription products that has worked so well for us in India is one that we are trying to put into place across international markets, mainly in the developing world. We offer complete product baskets of speciality branded generics including several products with complex technologies where the competition is relatively less. Currently this part of the business accounts for 7% of the turnover and over the next few years is expected to reach 10% of the turnover. As we put into place our strategies to compete as a company with niche therapies, international markets are showing growth in excess of 40%. |

| We are present across a number of interesting markets in South East Asia, Russia, China, Africa, the Middle East and Latam and have just commenced operations in countries like Brazil, Mexico, Peru and Columbia. In these markets, we have in place a 260 person - strong trained field force that uses country - relevant promotional inputs to generate prescriptions. In all, at this point in time, 740 products are being marketed in 26 countries, with another 350 products under registration and continual renewal of the product pipeline. Our intent is to bring to customers in some of these markets the same products that have delivered value and quality in India - complex technologies such as Lupride Depot and Lipodox. |
