| Presently, share transfers which are received in physical form are processed and transferred by Registrar and Share Transfer Agents and the share certificates are returned within a period of 15 to 16 days from the date of receipt, subject to the documents being valid and complete in all respects and confirmation in respect of the request for dematerialisation of shares is sent to the respective depositories i.e. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) expeditiously. |

Trading in Shares of the Company is permitted only in dematerialised form w.e.f. November 29, 1999 as per notification issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). |
